2. Prices. All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We do not charge for delivery on records or cleaning fluid.

3. Condition. Second-hand records are described and graded to the best of our knowledge. Please read the description for each item before you buy.

4. Stock. Many of our records are one-offs which are also sold in the shop and on Discogs. In the rare event that an item sells elsewhere before your order is processed, we will tell you and give you a full refund.

5. Orders. When you place an order we will email you to confirm it. A contract exists between us when we dispatch your order.

6. Payment. Payment is taken through the secure payment services offered by Wix. We do not see or store your card details.

7. Delivery. See our Delivery Information page. We deliver to UK addresses only.

8. Cancelling and returns. See our Returns and Refunds page. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your information.

10. Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for any loss that is not a foreseeable result of us breaching these terms. Cleaning fluid should be used as described on the website. Please do not use it on 78rpm shellac or flexi discs.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
