I feel very proud of the amount of positive feedback and praise received over the years for either the cleaning fluid, customer service, the shop, or the thousands of records sold and the accuracy of the grading/description. The Vinyl Shelter has a lot of repeat customers who have come to know they will receive a good product and service.

There are many avenues for reviews/feedback: Ebay (mostly relating to fluid sales), Discogs (online record sales), Google, Trustpilot and on here also (see below).  If you would like to leave a positive review I would be delighted as I see it as a marker my hard work is being recognised. However, if you feel tempted to leave a negative review I would urge you to think twice or contact me for a resolution as bad reviews can affect the business which has knock on effects to people's lives.
