• Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are dispatched on the same day if ordered Monday to Friday before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, and at weekends, are sent on Monday.

• We deliver to UK addresses only.

• Your email address is passed to Royal Mail so that you can follow your delivery.

• Delivery of records is free.

Vinyl Shelter Cleaning Fluid

• The 500ml, 1L and 1.5L sizes are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• The 2.5L and 5L sizes are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• All fluid orders are sent on the same day if ordered Monday to Friday before 3pm. Orders after 3pm on Friday and at weekends go out on Monday.

• We deliver to UK addresses only.

Discogs orders

Orders placed through our Discogs shop (VinylShelter) are subject to the postage charges and terms shown on Discogs, which include a £5 shipping fee.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please email sales@vinylshelter.com or call 01604 278425 and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging and take a photo if anything is damaged.
