Changed your mind?

You can return anything you have bought from this website within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. We will pay the cost of the return postage. Please email sales@vinylshelter.com with your request to initiate the returns process.

• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, in suitable packaging so they are not damaged on the way back.

• We will refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the item back. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

• Opened bottles of cleaning fluid cannot be returned. If the fluid is faulty or does not clean as described, contact us at sales@vinylshelter.com and we will refund you. There is no need to send it back, and you can dispose of it.

 

Faulty or not as described

All our second-hand records are cleaned and graded, and are described as accurately as we can. If a record is not as described or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, with a photo or description of the problem, and we will offer you a replacement, a refund or an exchange. We pay the return postage in this case.

 

Damaged in the post

Please contact us straight away (see Delivery Information) and we will send a replacement or a refund.
